Motivation to Change... and Love!
Let’s take an oath each of us that we love others to love ourselves. Let’s not use anybody as stepping stones and/or play games with them. In reality, we only hurt ourselves when we hurt others. I remember how guilty as hell I have felt every time when I have hurt someone’s feeling or every time I have ignored a beggar or a poor man on the street. I mean, I am not encouraging giving alms and it is not necessarily a right option anyways, in my opinion, but to see somebody hurt and doing nothing about it... Also, it isn’t acceptable. We are humans. We each have infinite capacity to love. This world tries to kill that love and makes our hearts as hard as stone. But this can change and as Rocky said, and as I say :-
“If I can change, you can change, then everybody can change!”
Let’s love people and use money and not vice versa. Let’s leave this world better than we found it.
Also remember that your pain, suffering and emotional issues are, in reality, the love that you held back!
Everyday is another opportunity to love, to show that you care and to illuminate the darker corners of the world with your light.
Familial love is not enough.
Let’s extend this care and affection to all of humanity, to all the people we come into contact with, for isn’t the whole of humanity nothing but one extended family?
Isn’t it true that if we just mend our own life, our corner, simply our part of the world, then it’s ripples will be felt globally, across the universe?
My great idea is how one kind and unselfish act can grow exponentially in the chain of events and can finally put a stop to a potentially rising conflict which could have lead to World War III.
Now, imagine if all the people in the world engaged in and participated in many such kind, unselfish acts globally and on a daily basis. What would be the result?
I am sure it would be nothing less than extraordinary and mind-boggling. And the best part is that the results will be instantaneous, there’s no incubation period required, its results would be felt immediately. It’s much the same as those instant karma videos on YouTube, wherein a wrong intention or an act is punished, and the justice is delivered instantaneously within microseconds. Same is with the right, the right kind of actions/intentions motivated by the light of selfless love, heartfelt compassion, empathy and kindness would do instantaneous wonders and work like a magic spell.
